educational programmingFLWC believes that our work with the animals is only one part of a larger solution that involves working within our community to foster understanding and compassion toward the wild creatures with whom we share the earth. To this end, we have made ourselves available to speak to school groups, charitable organizations, and more! Each presentation is tailored to the age and needs of our audience. We are also always excited to work with members of civic organizations needing to fulfill their volunteer project requirements. In order to help cover the costs of our programs we ask for a donation of $35 for a one hour educational event. If your facility is located 30 minutes or more from Madison we request an additional donation to help cover our travel expenses. For more information please fill out the following form and a member of our Community Outreach and Education committee will contact you. Because FLWC works exclusively with wild animals which are rehabilitated and released to the wild, we do not bring animals to our educational programs.
